1. Who we are
Ultra Stream+ (the “App”) is published by Bubble Ideas and Innovations LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is handled, and the choices you have. It applies to the Ultra Stream+ app for Apple Vision Pro and to nothing else.
Ultra Stream+ lets you watch streaming services you already subscribe to — such as Netflix, Prime Video, and DIRECTV — on a large virtual screen inside immersive environments. Ultra Stream+ does not provide, host, or sell any video content; all content comes from your own subscriptions to those third-party services.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The App does not have user accounts, does not require registration, and does not operate any server that receives data from the App. Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, contact details, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other information about you.
The App is designed so that we simply have nothing to collect: there is no first-party backend, no analytics or crash-reporting library, no advertising SDK, and no tracking technology of any kind built into it.
3. Information that stays on your device
To work, the App keeps a small amount of information locally on your Apple Vision Pro. This information is stored only on your device, is used only to make the App function, and is never transmitted to us.

Your streaming service passwords are never stored by the App and are never sent to us. When you sign in, you are signing in directly with the streaming service (see Section 4).
4. Signing in to your streaming services
Ultra Stream+ displays each streaming service’s own website inside the App. When you sign in, your credentials go directly from your device to that streaming service — for example, to Netflix, Amazon, or DIRECTV — over an encrypted connection, exactly as they would in a web browser. We do not intercept, receive, read, or store your username or password, and we have no access to your account with any streaming service.
Once you are signed in, your relationship with that service is governed by that service’s own privacy policy and terms, not by this one. Any information the streaming service collects about your viewing (what you watch, your profile, your watch history) is collected by that service, not by us. We encourage you to review their policies:

5. Purchases and subscriptions
Ultra Stream+ offers a subscription and a one-time purchase that unlock the App’s features (the immersive environments and native playback controls). These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using your Apple Account. Apple handles your payment information; we never receive or store your payment card details. To confirm what you own, the App checks the purchase records that Apple keeps on your device — it does not send purchase information to us.
Any information Apple collects in connection with your purchase is governed by Apple’s privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions.
6. Network connections the App makes
The App connects to the internet only to reach the streaming services you use and to communicate with Apple’s App Store for purchases. The App does not send any information to servers operated by us, because we do not operate any. Content and video streams are delivered by the streaming services and their content-delivery networks directly to your device.
7. Tracking, advertising, and analytics
The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. It does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not build a profile of you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising purposes — we do not have any to sell or share.
8. Children
Ultra Stream+ is intended for users aged 16 and over, consistent with its App Store age rating, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; as described above, the App does not collect personal information from anyone. The streaming services you sign in to apply their own age requirements and parental controls, and we encourage parents to use them.
9. Security
Because the App keeps its data on your device and does not transmit personal information to us, the security of your information depends primarily on the security of your Apple Vision Pro. Sign-in sessions with streaming services travel over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the free-preview record is stored in your device’s secure keychain. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or Optic ID.
10. Your choices and control
- Sign out of a streaming service at any time from within the App to remove that service’s session from your device.
- Delete the App to remove your preferences and sign-in sessions from your device. As noted in Section 3, the free-preview usage record in the keychain may persist through reinstall; it contains no personal information.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions.
- Because we hold no personal information about you, there is no data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you believe otherwise, please contact us and we will investigate.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Since Ultra Stream+ does not collect or process your personal information, these rights are automatically respected — there is nothing held about you to act on. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. You may still contact us at any time with a privacy question or request, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
12. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the App handles information — for example, if a future version adds an optional feature that requires collecting data — we will update this Privacy Policy and change the effective date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant, we will also make it clear within the App. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
